What’s a flower rental?
Specializing in artificial florals affords us the amazing benefit to offer all accessory décor as rentals! Accessory décor includes all non-personal flowers such as arch and ceremony florals, centerpieces, garlands and candles. Each item is customized to your style and colors but in addition to set-up, the florals (flowers + vase, the whole thing) will be picked up and/or returned at the end of the event! Rentals keep us affordable while allowing clients to maximize their budget!
How far in advance do I need to book my wedding flowers?
Our schedule opens 12-14 months from the current day, but the average wedding reaches out to us 9-12 months in advance. We’ll start with an initial phone consultation to go over the event details and once your availability and pricing is locked in with a contract, we’ll have 2-3 remaining check-ins around 90 days and 30-45 days prior to your event. What is the cost of floral arrangements for my wedding /event?
Pricing varies greatly depending on the client. On average, with personal, ceremony and reception florals, clients spend $3500 (service and tax included). Check out our weddings & events page – we’re happy to chat about any custom design options you may need!
Can you create a custom design that matches my theme or color palette?
YES! All items are fully customized to your design preferences, which will be detailed in your contract, along with inspiration photos. We specify these details up front to ensure we stay aligned until your event.
Do you offer set-up and tear-down services?
Sure do! The price of set-up and pick up (if you have a flower rental) is factored into the itemized quote. We offer full-service set-up and pick-up. With faux, distance has no limits! Review our pricing guide for any minimums.
May I see a mock-up of the proposed design?
We can create a mockup and custom design of any item that you would like after the contract is signed. Mock ups need to be done 45-60 days in advance to ensure that all orders, if required to change, have enough time to process through the supply chain.
Do you offer maintenance for permanent installations?
Absolutely! Faux florals are extremely durable and we are happy to service your installation to ensure it maintains our high quality standards. Are you moving or transferring locations? We can support the removal and re-installation, as well.
